Strip 1
Step One
Lean back slightly to create a gentle stretch on the abdominal muscles. Tear the backer paper 2 inches from the end of the first strip to create an anchor. Position the anchor just below the armpit without applying any tension.
Step Two
Remove the backer paper from the middle portion of the strip. Then, gently apply the tape diagonally across the abdomen, aiming towards the navel, ensuring a light stretch as you lay it down.
Step Three
Affix the second anchor without applying any stretch, utilizing the last 2 inches of the tape strip.
Strip 2
Step One
Create an anchor at one end of the second strip,
Step Two
Repeat the same technique with the second strip, positioning it below the first. Lay down the second anchor without applying any stretch.
Step Three
Lay down the second anchor with no tension, using the final 2 inches of tape. Smooth over the entire application to ensure the tape adheres fully to the skin.
