Strip 1

Step One

Begin by slightly bending the knee. Position the anchor below the knee crease on the outer side of the calf.

Step Two

Stretch the tape lightly, then affix the other end directly across the middle of the quadriceps without applying any additional tension.

Step Three

While straightening the knee, ensure the middle segment of the tape is smoothly adhered to the skin.

Strip 2

Step One

At one end of the second strip, form an anchor. Position this anchor below the knee crease on the inner side of the calf.

Step Two

Gently stretch the tape and affix the other end across the middle of the quadriceps without additional tension.

Step Three

Smooth down the middle segment of tape as you straighten the knee to ensure it adheres to the skin. Smooth over the entire application to ensure complete adhesion of the tape to the skin.
