Strip 1

Step One

To create a gentle stretch on the biceps, position the anchor just above the elbow crease.

Step Two

Apply the tape with a moderate stretch along the biceps.

Step Three

Place the second anchor on the front of the shoulder without stretching, using the last two inches of tape. Smooth over the entire application to ensure the tape is fully adhered to the skin.
