HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One:

Create a slight stretch on the calf muscles. Position the anchor (the touchdown point of the tape) slightly above one side of the ankle without any stretch.

Step Two:

Apply the KT tape with a little stretch, parallel to one side of the calf.

Step Three:

Stick the other anchor with zero stretch using the last few inches of the tape. Smoothly apply the KT Tape and rub it a beat to generate minimal heat. Ensure the tape is completely applied to the skin.

Strip Two

Step One:

Step Two:
