Strip 1
Step One
Position the knee at a 90° angle and apply the anchor below the knee on one side of the leg without stretching.
Step Two
Apply the tape with moderate stretch, curving along the side of the kneecap.
Step Three
Affix the second anchor without stretching, using the last two inches of tape.
Strip 2
Step One
Form an anchor at one end of the second strip.
Step Two
Repeat the same technique with the second strip on the opposite side of the kneecap.
Step Three
Lay down the second anchor without stretching. Smooth over the entire application to ensure the tape is fully adhered to the skin.
