HOW TO APPLY?

Strip 1

Step One

Create an anchor and place it over the hip joint so that the glute muscles are slightly stretched

Step Two

Stretch the tape lightly and apply it along the front of the hip.

Step Three

Place the second anchor down without stretching using the final 2 inches of tape.

Strip 2

Step One

Choose an anchor at one end of the second strip

Step Two

Apply the same method to the second strip that is adjacent to the first strip.

Step Three

With zero stretching, make sure you lay down the second anchor. Make sure the application of the tape is smooth. Ensure complete application to the skin by applying a slight heat.
