Strip 1
Step One
For the first strip, tear the backer paper 2 inches from the end to create your first anchor. Place this anchor just above the elbow with no stretch.
Step Two
Peel the backer paper from the middle segment of the strip. Apply the tape with moderate stretch across the inside of the elbow joint and along the forearm.
Strip 2
Step One
Form an anchor at the end of a half strip. Directly aiming at the point of pain, position the anchor on the inner side of the arm below the elbow, ensuring no stretch.
Step Two
Peel the backer paper from the middle segment of the strip. Apply the tape with moderate stretch across the first strip, passing through the pain point
Step Three
Place the second anchor without stretching. Smooth over the full application to ensure the tape is completely adhered to the skin.
