Strip 1
Step One
Create a slight stretch on the inner thigh, apply the anchor on the front part of the hip with not stretch.
Step Two
With a light stretch along the leg, apply the tape curving through the groin pain.
Step Three
With no stretching, lay down the second anchor using the last few inches of the tape. Make sure to smoothen it a bit with a little rub
Strip 2
Step One
Create an anchor at one end of the second strip.
Step Two
Use the same approach to the second strip that is adjacent to the first.
Step Three
Without any stretch, lay down the second anchor. To make sure the tape is fully adhered to the skin, smooth the entire application.
