Strip 1
Step One
Position the anchor slightly above the rear of the knee without extending it, so that the hamstring muscles are slightly stretched.
Step Two
Along the hamstring muscles, apply tape with a slight strain.
Step Three
Utilizing the final 2 inches of tape, place the second anchor down without stretching.
Strips 2
Step One
Make an anchor at one end of the second strip
Step Two
Repeat the same technique with the second strip, on the other side of the hamstrings.
Step Three
Place the second anchor in a straight line. To make sure the tape is fully adhered to the skin, smooth the entire application.
