Strip 1
Step One
Tuck the chin in for the first strip so that the back is slightly stretched. To make your first anchor, tear the backer paper 2 inches from the end.
Step Two
On one side of the spine, without stretching, position the anchor at the top of the neck. Remove the backing paper from the strip's central section. Stretch a thin piece of tape around the side of the spine.
Step Three
Using the final two inches of tape, lay down the second anchor without stretching it.
Strip 2
Step One
Create an anchor at on end of the second strip.
Step Two
Repeat the same procedure with the second strip on the other side of the spine.
Step Three
Place the second anchor in a straight line.
Strip 3
Step One
Reveal the middle segment of the adhesive tape by ripping the backing paper at the center of the third strip. Then peel it back.
Step Two
With moderate stretch, apply the tape horizontally across the top of the shoulders
Step Three
One at a time, place the final 2 inches at either end, using them as anchors without stretching. To make sure the tape is adhered to the skin entirely, smooth the entire application.
