Strip 1

Step One

Bring the arm across the chest to stretch it on the back of the shoulder. Tear backer paper 2 inches from one end to create the first anchor

Step Two

Remove the backing paper from the strip's central section. Wrap the outside of the shoulder, at the top of the shoulder blade, with a moderate stretch.

Step Three

Utilizing the final 2 inches of tape, place the second anchor down without any stretch.

Strip 2

Step One

Raise the arm just a little bit apart from the body. Make your initial anchor for the second strip and position it on the outside arm with no stretch.

Step Two

Remove the backing paper from the strip's central section. Stretch the tape moderately from the top of the shoulder to the base of the neck.

Step Three

Lay down the second anchor with no stretch, using the last 2 inches of tape. Smooth over the full application to ensure the tape is completely applied to the skin.
