Strip 1
Step One
Pull your shoulder back into a healthy postural position to insert the anchor straight within your shoulder blade without any stretching.
Step Two
With moderate stretch, lay the tape diagonally across the shoulder blade.
Step Three
Using the final 2 inches of tape, place the second anchor flat on top of the shoulder with no stretch.
Strip 2
Step One
Make an anchor at the end of the second strip.
Step Two
Apply the same method once more, aligning the second strip with the first strip.
Step Three
Place the second anchor in a straight line. To make sure the tape is fully adhered to the skin, smooth the entire application with a little heat (rubbing).
