Strip 1
Step One
Hinge forward slightly to create a gentle stretch in the mid-back region. Tear the backer paper in the center of the first strip and peel it back to reveal the adhesive underneath.
Step Two
Apply the tape with moderate stretch, positioning it horizontally across the area of discomfort.
Step Three
Peel back the paper from the middle segment of the second strip and place it vertically along the spine, crossing over the first strip at the pain point.
Strip 2
Step One
Apply the anchors at both ends without stretching
Step Two
Apply the third strip diagonally across the other strips to create a star formation. Lay down all anchors without stretching.
Step Three
Apply the fourth strip diagonally across the other strips to complete the star formation. Lay down all anchors without stretching.
